Colin Graham is Professor of English and Dean of the Faculty of Arts, Celtic Studies, and Philosophy at Maynooth University. His is the author of Northern Ireland: 30 Years of Photography, published by Belfast Exposed and the MAC in May 2013, Deconstructing Ireland (2001), Ideologies of Epic (1998), and was co-editor of The Irish Review from 2004 to 2020. Colin writes on literature, photography and culture. He is curator of the Illuminations gallery at Maynooth University. He lives and farms in the Dublin mountains with his wife, Selina Guinness, and their children.
Colin studied at Queen’s University Belfast and University of Bristol and has taught at University of Huddersfield and Queen’s.
